Who said that pa...I keep asking the same question.
Who said that pastors should be the ones running the church. What about the other 4 ministries?

Actually from my experience it is usually a pastor or teacher who runs the show. I believe that this is significant because this is a job you can do with an academic qualification, whether you have an anointing or not!

It is far harder to be a prophetic leader of a church without an anointing, you tend to get it hopelessly wrong.
However a seminary qualified preacher, even if he bores the pants of you, can be difficult for the average pew sitter to challenge.

Therefore most Pastors are expected to be good man managers and also teachers in the academic classroom sense.

Evangelists also are often selected for the Pastor's job especially if they are good at sales techniques. Most evangelists I have listened to use commercial standard, manipulative sales techniques to their shame.

Few of those who call themselves "apostle" walk with an apostolic anointing in the biblical sense. They are often just believers with a big ambition.

I am sorry if this is a bit negative, but I am not the only one who has seen this.Frankhttp://francisdrakeprivateer.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
